Need area referece

I need to help someone reset their Virgin password. They are a bit old and forgetful, I have their date of birth and account number but no idea about the Area Reference. I can't find their contract with Virgin and the monthly bills don't show it. How can I find this information?

    From here it's a tricky one as we do need to speak with the actual account holder to help if account access was needed.

    If you just need the area code then it's all good with us.

    Can we please ask what part of the UK your friend is from please?
