mobile phone still through virgin, sim is 02

Hi, I am trying to find out if I can swap my handset which is through virgin media, keep getting sent to 02 who say it's not with them! Please can anyone help 😁

    Hey wesb1980, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, we no longer sell handsets via Virgin Mobile.

    You would need to pay off the reaming loan of the handset and then we can look at upgrading you via O2. 

    Do you need any reminders sending out to get into the loan agreement?
