Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced when trying to make a payment for your handset loan agreement.
We would advise that if you migrated from Virgin Mobile to O2 you will need to contact O2 by calling the team on 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 mobile) instead.
If you didn't migrate the services to O2 then please call 0345 602 4420 for further assistance.
