Handset contract

I’m trying to find out when the contract on my handsets end and how to pay them off early but I can’t seem to get through to anyone on the phone or log in online.

can anyone help with this please

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

    I can have a look at getting you access to your handset loan agreements from here.

    I will need to ask a few security questions first though.

    We also have a direct line if you'd prefer to call, the number is 0345 234 0753 and the team are available 10 am-7 pm on weekdays and 10 am-6 pm Saturdays.

      Hi forum team, can I jam on this as we have 3 handsets with VM and no online info…every reply given referes to a PM being sent, can you help?
