Contract taken out with my email address???

I cannot get pass the stupid AI bot for Virginmedia IE :-(

Someone has taken out a virgin mobile contract, but used my email address. 
So far no funds have come out of my account, but just want to notify them that the email address is not correct and to leave me alone.

How do I go about this? All I have is the email address they are using?
