Your Virgin Media package change (KMM108012227V91417L0KM

Hi,

I received an email (23rd Feb) offering me Sky Sports HD at a discounted price of £19 per month. Which i accepted and i received an email confirming my order with the above order number. 

Its been 10 days and i haven't heard any yet. When i login to my app the order doesn't appear??

Please can you give me an update on the above.
