Yodel Problems

Morning. I’m hoping someone might be able to help me. Yodel delivered my internet start up kit to the wrong address, they left it outside a block of flats around the corner from me. I managed to work out where they’d left it from the picture they sent and walking around looking everywhere. It appears to have been stolen, it wasn’t at the location they sent to me in the picture.

I’ve contacted them to report the problem, but they just keep disconnecting their online chat. I’ve also reported the problem to a nice friendly customer services girl @ Virgin, she said she’d process a new order of kit for me, and also block the old kit so it can’t be used. 

I was hoping someone here from Virgin might be able to double check what she told me and confirm a delivery date if possible please? She sounded a little bit unsure at certain points of our conversation.
