Yodel at capacity

Ive been asked to return items after cancellation. 

Threee times now i have been to yodel shop.  Each time they've refused the parcel as at capacity. Its rural so nearest next is quite a drive.

I am getting emails regarding charges for none return. Im finding it all a stress now.

Any alternatives? Maybe collection?

    Out of interest, did the shop/collection point offer any proof of failure to accept the drop-off?

        Hi. Seems the store have a limit on yodel packages.

        Nearest is 2 miles away. Thats 12 miles ive done and still got the kit!

        No options to collect offered so far!
