Wrong package given
I've recently had virgin tv installed. When I joined up they offered me a free TV or £250 of my bill. They have now denied this and told me I have to send a screenshot of the offer (why would I have done that) On top of that they have signed me up to the wrong package and I am over 40 channels missing again they deny this. After signing up I received NO confirmation of order just a job sheet confirming date of installation. I've rang numerous times and been cut off everything. I've emailed and WhatsApp. They cut me off of that to before my problem had been resolved as thru said the line was now closed. Over a month and a half later I'm still waiting for a solution. I bitterly regret changing to Virgin - shocking and incompetent. Has anyone else had the same problem?
