Wrong email used when setting up account

Hi, I used the wrong email when setting up my mother in laws account, this was quite a while ago, I used tont instead of tony, as a result her account has never been activated online, she now needs to access this account as she has been out of contract for quite some time now, and is paying far too much for the service she requires!

We're sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your mother in laws online account but we would be unable to amend the email on her account without speaking to the account holder. Please can you ask the account holder to get in touch with our team on 150 from a Virgin Media line and 0345 454 1111 from any other line and the team will be able to help further.
