Sorry to hear that you've entered the incorrect email when signing up.
We've not been able to locate you on the systems on our side, how long ago did you sign up with us please and are you service still in pre-installation stage or are you fully installed now?

Hi, i also have the exact same problem where the email on my account is the wrong email adress by one character and i cant find a way to change it on my account as it tries to send a verification to the wrong email address.
Could someone help please with a solution to this issue as i cant cancel a service i need to without the proper details
