Wrong email on account set up

When sorting my broadband i set up with the wrong email. When going to log onto my account I now have no access to my account number because i have not got my welcome email. So locked out of my account. Pls help

    Sorry to hear you used the wrong email when setting up your broadband.
    I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange for this to be amended.
    If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
    If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

      Hi,

      I too made a mistake with my email when setting up so I receive no updates. 

      please help?

        Sorry to hear that you've entered the incorrect email when signing up. 

        We've not been able to locate you on the systems on our side, how long ago did you sign up with us please and are you service still in pre-installation stage or are you fully installed now?
