Sorry to hear that you've entered the incorrect email when signing up.
We've not been able to locate you on the systems on our side, how long ago did you sign up with us please and are you service still in pre-installation stage or are you fully installed now?

Hi Carley,
I am still pre-installation. Fortunately, I input the correct phone number and I’ve received a text saying my box will be delivered on Monday.
my email is [REMOVED]hotmail.co.uk but I missed the ‘l’ in ‘[REMOVED]’ when inputting.
