Why I ever joined virgin media, I don't know. You are the worse company ever. Obnoxious customer services staff, asking for money I don't owe for a call out for your broadband which isn't working properly and making it extremely difficult to end contract. I will never ever refer you to friends and family
I tried to cancel last week. Was offered another deal and told to think about it and they'd call today for my decision. No call back and now they are saying I have to pay this month's rental which is due today and would be a start of new 18 month contract. I do not want a new contract with them and explained all this last week. They are now refusing to end my contract until I've paid £136!!!
It is best to cancel your Contract in writing, and send it Recorded Delivery.
