Wish never joined Virgin

 

I am writing this as I am deeply frustrated with the experience I have had with Virgin media...
I was a sky customer for 6 years and moved to Virgin in Aug 2023... I think that was my biggest mistake... I have been regretting every moment since that time..
Have raised a complaint (ref no. C-200823595)which has been sitting there since oct 2023... Have spoken to customer care like 8/10 times investing an hour each time, in vain...
 
The ask was simple that please move my contract back to the first contract I had sign up for i.e. Contract number: 26-014064031-01
When I first called in an agent trying to help, he took me towards a no return ever changing contract road.. since then have called multiple times and have been promised every time that it will happen and I will not pay the mistakenly upgraded contract fees but instead pay the amount I signed up for in my initial contract...
 
No help and I think there is no intent to help their customer with Virgin media... I wish I would have never joined Virgin.. My complaint is also been sitting there for three months now....
 
Completely dejected and helpless customer who wishes to get out of Virgin ASAP..
counting my days to get out of Virgin...!!!!!!

      Thanks @cardiffman282.. I think you are right there is no point trying to talk to Virgin a company which has no respect for its customers.. Its really suffocating here... Ombudsman Services is way to go...
