Keeping my landline when joining Virgin media

I've just signed up for Virgin broadband transferring from YourCoop broadband. How can I keep my landline number when I'm finished connecting to Virgin please? Tia.

    Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.

    We can request to have your landline number from YourCoop ported over to us. We'd just advise to ensure that your landline service with YourCoop to remain active to ensure the port completes successfully.
