Why???
I received an email stating that I was able to upgrade my hub to a hub 4 at no extra cost. I spoke to customer service who sent the hub and I set it up myself, I then received a bill stating I had been charged £35 installation fee plus £5 delivery charge. Can you explain why I have been charged when the email stated “Get a new Hub,
at no extra cost”.
