why have Virgin tried to call me 15 times in the last 10 days?

trying to get hold of VM i find almost impossible to when they tried to call me multiple times i wonder what it is about. they are ringing from a south east asian contact centre i am guessing and the only time i have actually taken the call and tried to find out  why all the calls, the person (speaking very little english so almost incoherent) mentioned a deal or improved offering

now i had a battle on with them at the last contract review so i find it strange they are ringing me so many times to offer me an upgrade or reduce my payment.

does anyone know what they are upto?
