Why am not getting a verification link?

I am not a new customer. I am only on Virgin Media so not trying to link an account with O2. I cannot sign in to my account as it wants an alternative email and when I give it one I never receive the verification link. I've tried on my phone and my desktop and in different browsers. Help!

  • No. It says, "Since you’re using a Virgin Media Mail email address to sign in, we need you to add a backup contact method to secure your account further." I add a back up address but it never sends me a link to activate it. What do I do?

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account and Virgin Media O2 ID creation. Are you able to use the 'Verify Another Way' option instead of the email?
