Where's the cable :/

So i had VM 8 urs ago, since had Sky. 

Reordered VM and the equipment is coming in Weds. On looking in my bedroom yesterday though I have the little cable box on the wall but I've obviously unscrewed the cable from it and thrown it away in the 8yrs since. How can I get the cable wire sent as well as my equipment. Help!

    The Quickstart kit should come with the necessary cables to install from the wall socket to whatever kit VM are supplying.  The new cables are a push fit and no longer the screw type.

        You push fit the new cable onto the existing wall connector.
