When will my contract start

I have picked to have my kit delivered around the 28th/29th. I’m moving into a new property on the 1st. 

firstly, I filled in the alternative address section. Is this where my kit will be delivered? Secondly, will this start when it arrives or can I arrange for it to start on the 1st?

    service start date
    1. the first date on which the service is available for you to use; or
    2. where no installation is required, the earlier of the date the service is activated or 7 days from the date you ordered the service from us; or
    3. where you install the services yourself (via Quickstart or a similar self installation solution), it will be either the first date on which each service is available for you to use the services or the date we receive confirmation that
    your installation kit has been delivered, whichever is earlier.

    As for when/where the kit will be delivered, that involves delivery by Yodel so there are many possible outcomes for what might happen.

    Try the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 who may offer an opinion or wait here for a VM forum team reply (which usually happens within a few days).

    The service will start once the equipment has been installed/activated. 

    When taking the service, did you request an alterative address for delivery?
