When is an offer not an offer…..when it’s Virgin Media

When I signed up, there was an offer of BT Sports at £10 per month for the duration of my contract. These charlatans are now charging £18 per month. Joke company.

    I'm sorry to hear about this. For clarity, did you take out a package that included a BT/TNT Sports promotion for £10 per month, or is this something you saw, but did not take out? If you took this out when taking your package, did you receive any Pre-Contract documents identifying the promotion? Have you also received any End-of-contract notifications?

    We do offer promotional discounts occasionally, and these are usually time-limited and not permanent.
