When do the changes happen?
Hi, downgraded my package on 16th April. After having to ring as my bill came in at the old package price and not the new one, was informed that the order hadn’t been completed properly by Virgin.
After hopefully sorting this I was informed that the change to my package would take place at midnight but it hasn’t. On ringing again today told the request had been put through.
How long does it normally take for the changes to happen?
