We can’t find your Virgin Media account. Check the details you’ve entered and try again.

I have had Virgin Media internet for almost 2 months now, and have tried to sign up for a Virgin Media account and then going forward the virgin media 02 account. with the information that was emailed to me (Account Number and Area Code) however whenever I try to link my virgin media i get the below error:

“We can’t find your Virgin Media account. Check the details you’ve entered and try again. 
Remember, you’ll need to enter the details exactly as they appear on your bill. Alternatively skip and add it later, or if you need help, chat to our team“

Im sure that the details are correct as there are the same ones I have had emailed to me and have also been confirmed on the phone. When I have called I was passed from one person to the next every 10-15 minutes for over an hour and no progress was made.

I was just hoping there’s a way for me to resolve this as I am currently unable to access my account or any apps.
