Vulnerable customer requires emergency contact please!

Hi, I am in an emergency situation and need to speak to a human today, I am down on your records as being a vulnerable customer due to heath conditions.  I am unable to speak to anyone on the phone lines as it just keeps directing me to an automated line.  I am in a very delicate health situation and I need to speak to someone immediately.

      This is a Community driven forum and not a direct line to VM as such.  It can take up to a couple of days for a VM Mod to respond.  If your need is urgent you will need to ring CS directly.

        I've said every time I call it defaults to an automated number, so how can I get them to call me please? In wouldn't post here if I could get though to CS

    Sorry to hear of your emergency.  We aren't an instant response platform, but we can provide general support and we'll respond as soon as we're able to do so.
