Volt/O2 contract

Is it a condition of my Volt contact that I must use O2 as my mobile provider?

I can see cheaper deals elsewhere.

If I do switch other than losing Volt benefits (which does not greatly concern me), does anyone care or even know?

    Hi nigelar,

    Thank you for your post. The O2 sim card is part of the Volt contract. If you wish to have but use the O2 SIM card that you can certainly do that and take a SIM card out with a new provider.

    If you cancelled the SIM card this would update the system to let us know that the SIM card has been cancelled.
