VM won't cancel contract after switching to Zen
I moved to a new flat in early october and ordered a VM hub, only to find that there are no coaxial outlets in the flat (the flat has recently been renovated) and only a optic fiber terminal. I switched to Zen within a week or so and during the process received an email from VM saying there'd be a £0 disconnection fee if I switched, and that they'd be in touch about returning the equipment if I did switch. It has been almost 2 months since I've switched and have still not heard back from VM about this, though they did send my latest bill. Zen was not able to help but they said VM should have been informed automatically.
