VM O2 Account Linking
We have all seen the large amount of new customers not being able to manage there account. Is there some way for the team to fix this as some seem to get a private message.
As well is there a ETA for a fix, or is the only option to those of us within the 14 days, cancel and move on to another provider?
In advance I have checked the FAQ links that have been sent out and did not help address or fix the issue at all
Any help or I, and I’m sure others, are just going to have to cancel and move on
