VM hardware delivered to my address, I am not a customer

I've left VM for another broadband provider a few months ago, today I've had a delivery of what I assume of VM hardware, addressed to somebody that does not live here but with my correct address. I'm not moving house, I'm no longer a VM customer, I've tried to call and use the live chat to get the equipment collected but I have been completely unable to reach an actual human being to relay what has happened.
