VM Customer service is a joke

I was an existing VM broadband user until July when I got fed up with Skys constant price increases and decided to move to Volt.  Since then I've had nothing but issues and complaints due to incorrect billing, over charges, Netflix being charged twice etc!  This is the third month I've been charged for Netflix by VM but I pay directly on my AMEX.  VM tell me to cancel with Netflix and Netflix tell me to cancel with Virgin.  I've been promised callbacks, IT tickets, Credits (I get charge £18.99 every month) its scandalous and their offshore centre either lies or is wholly incompetent - at one stage I was promised a recording box when they do not even provide them anymore.  All I want is to have one Netflix charge and not waste my life being BS'd to every month

HELP!!

    The original ( pre VM ) Netflix subscription should be possible to login and cancel on the Netflix website, you set that up / you can bring it to an end.

    Regarding Sky price hikes, outside of the discounted new joiner period VM price hikes are very large and never ending.
