VM Contract Error

Hello

On Wed16/4/25 I agreed over the phone  a new  contract at £108.50 per month.Later that day I got 2 emails from VM confirming the price and contract details. It also said the price would go up to £112 in April 2026,which was as expected.

Next day, 17/4, I got an email from VM saying the price was £112 effective immediately, in other words a year earlier!. No doubt this is just a mistake in the second email but VM should check that their billing system has the correct details so as to avoid hassle later.
