VM Account

I have completely forgotten my account details as its been awhile. I am getting emails saying my sim plan bills are in My VM account but cant access them. I tried calling customer service but have been waiting for WAYY to long what can i do?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

    I am so sorry to hear you have forgotten your details, to clarify do you mean you have forgotten the log in details for My Virgin Media? 

    Your SIM would be with O2 now as we have merged, did you receive an email at all to confirm this?
