VM Account Access Not working
Not able to access my account now for about 6 days.
Followed all the procedures and protocols to get back into the account but to no avail.
Contacted VM by phone and the agent spent an hour with me trying to sort out the problem.
All to no avail other that she mention their was a problem with the system authenticating my request.
Outcome is that she has raised an IT Report for further investigation and rectification. I have that report number and wondering how long this may take to action and how can I check the progress of this report without having access to my Virgin Media Account?
