Virginmedia/O2 Account Link Issue

Hi,

I'm having the same issue as a number of others when trying to link my Virgin account on the new Virginmedia/O2 site. 

When I try to link my account it says that it doesn't exist, I'm using the correct details.

Please can someone help me with this?
