Virgin trespassing on my property

Today Virgin staff installing neighbours broadband proceeded to dug up my front flower bed without my permission never even asked did this without my authority.  Have ring doorbell evidence and contacted virgin by phone who said they would get area manager to contact me.

I have seen on here reports of similar things happening but it seems lack of action taken to resolve.

This has stressed me out.  Has anyone had any recent experience of this and did it get resolved

        Hello smilerbb,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear that our team has trespassed and caused damage to your flowerbed. The team should always be seeking permission to enter your land never mind to dig up your garden. Have you been given any complaint numbers or references from when you spoke to the team earlier?

        Kind Regards,

        Steven_L

  • I have lots of video of them from my ring door bell even proceeding when they knew I wasn't in

  • virgin media and that awful sub contractor OCU group who juat think a sorry is good enough ti come on my properry and dig up my border without even asking. No proof of a utility permit telling lies that they knocked on my door to seek permission when there is plenty of video evidence they didn't. To say that theg had a works order to do that had nothing to do with me and use that as an excuse to cover their tracks is totally unacceptable nor is an apology. I asked specifically for an independent investigation that hasn't taken place. It was done by the team who trespassed never heard any like this and was so unprofessional it was untrue. Project manager was rude abrupt and clearly had no intention of putting anything right.  I believe a sorry won't change their awful behaviour and Virgin media you should be ashamed of yourselves  in what you have responded to me taking the side of that awful company .

Not good enough pasing the buck and doing nothing again the response above is just another example of it l. Tresspassing and digging up gardens isn't right  actions instead of  just words to resolve should  be the way forward and not  back tracking with a terrible contractor isn't good enough. Causing people worry and stress when they have high blood pressure isn't acceptable

    On our wavelength

Did the same to me, got the houses mixed up, cut our cable in error then relaid it but failed to mention that they also put new neighbours cable alongside ours - now they’re going to have to come back and remove neighbours cable and relay it on his land. So annoying.
