Virgin Still Billing After I have cancelled
I cancelled my contract by phone in July and then in writing by recorded delivery in August 30 days before expiry of my contract. I received a bill for services post expiry and when I complained I recived an email confirming that my contract had been cancelled. I continue to receive bills and text messages with customer services trying to claim that my contract has rolled over despite me having evidence to the contrary.
