Virgin Still Billing After I have cancelled

I cancelled my contract by phone in July and then in writing by recorded delivery in August 30 days before expiry of my contract. I received a bill for services post expiry and when I complained I recived an email confirming that my contract had been cancelled. I continue to receive bills and text messages with customer services trying to claim that my contract has rolled over despite me having evidence to the contrary.

    Please do remember we do bill right until the day of the disconnection, then we would send you a final payment and once any kit and the bill as we been paid we would send a cheque refund out within 45 days of this.

      I am being harassed and threatened with legal action. I cancelled by recorded delivery letter. Your executive team confirmed there were no outstanding charges and said I would be sent boxes to return equipment. Since then I am being billed for a rolling contract even though I cancelled my contract. Its absolutely disgusting.

  • After having been advised all was sorted and that my contract had been terminated with effect from September I received yet another bill albeit for a reduced amount. Once again I’m being told that payment is late for amounts that I am not due to pay. Terrible customer service
