Virgin started new contract too early? :-(

HI,

I received an email about my current contract coming to and end on 22nd March. I was offered a good price to continue with Virgin, so I accepted that offer.

I expected that to take effect when my current contract ran out, but they seem to have implemented it  early and also charged me a small package change charge? :-(

Can someone take a peek please and correct this, or advise as to what that has happened?

  • I think that's how VM works. As soon as the contract is accepted it starts.

    Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear that your new contract seems to have been applied early. 

    As Cardiffman282 has advised, agreement of new contracts are usually applied with immediate affect, or in 30 days if you have downgraded.

    However if you have agreed otherwise with the team, I can look into this further for you.
