Virgin package includes Netflix (I already subscribe), how do i stop my direct Netflix payment?

I have just installed Virgin TV Mega package, which includes the Netflix service.

I already subscribe to Netflix, so want to understand how I can make sure I don't get charged from Netflix now. I have logged into my Netflix account via the Virgin TV package.

    Using a web browser login to your personal ( i.e. non VM ) Netflix a/c and cancel the subscription.

    Hi Jedly1996,

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

    If you've taken a Netflix inclusive bundle from us but are already an existing Netflix customer, you won't need to cancel your current Netflix account. 

    It is important that you use the same email address that your current Netflix account is registered with during the activation process. Your Netflix account will then transfer over automatically for you with your profiles, watchlist and viewing history intact.

    You should receive an email within 24 hours of taking the Netflix package with us, which includes an activation link to register for your inclusive Netflix subscription.
