Virgin not honoring contract or credit that we have in writing
Virgin media are overcharging us and not honoring the contract that we have in writing. We have a credit that should be in the account as per email, however conveniently no one seems to be able to accept our proof (email contract). We have tried the chat feature (never works, always busy) we have called and spoken to multiple people who apparently can’t do anything for us. We spoke to the complaints team who couldn’t/ wouldn’t help us. We’re already being charged over £100 this month because we were wrongfully advised by Virgin Media! Someone needs to help and get this sorted angry is an understatement.
