Virgin Media won't cancel my services!
Virgin Media will not cancel my services! I am moving houses and after seeing their ridiculous packages, I decided I want to end my contract. Instead of cancelling my services, they transferred them to my new address! Not only transferred them, but now I am paying even more! I've been on the phone with them for 2 days trying to cancel this contract and they transfer me left to right to then lie to me that the services have been cancelled.
They were not in fact! I keep getting emails saying the engineer will be at the new address to install my router with the new contract attached. When I sign in to my account there is a bill for £192! I cancelled my direct debit which I don't know if it's much of help.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I recorded all the chat transcripts and phone conversations, but I really don't know what's the next step from here as they just refuse to end my contract.
