I have rung all the phone numbers currently on all platforms including Google and they are simply dead.
I don't have land line
I want to talk to someone to give them a notice to cancel my broadband
I have also e-mail them on vmteam@virginmedia.co.uk
I am just getting nowhere
Any help will be much appreciated

Sorry to hear about your difficulties getting your cancellation processed. Can we just check you have been trying to contact us by phone via 📞Call: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, you can also contact us via 📲WhatsApp: +44 7305 327 112.
We do not generally support with cancellations or package changes via community as these are best done in real time - but as other members have advised you can also contact us via written letter to cancel as outlined here 👉 How to cancel Virgin Media broadband & TV | Virgin Media Help .

Thank you so much, I rang them and VM tells me that one can only cancel by telephoning.
I explained that I want to put it in writing by e-mail and they said no. So I said please give me e-mail for you
customer services and he VM staff refused it to give me.
There is no email address to write to for cancelling.
As already advised by Client62 if you simply wish to cancel, with no further negotiation or discussion with VM …

Use a first-class, signed-for delivery service. This will give you a date/time of delivery when you gave VM your 30 days’ notice to cancel. Also keep a record of the tracking number.
If you cancel during a minimum term period VM may charge you early disconnection fees.
