Virgin Media O2 ID Login Problem
Posting this based on guidance in ModTeam Moderator post linked below.
I was / am an old NTLWorld customer and when trying to login to my account today I'm forced to setup a new Virgin Media 02 login instead. I've done that, and in the process changed from an ntlworld.com to gmail.com email. However when I try to use this new login, it keeps taking me back through the new Virgin Media 02 login setup process each time. Its an endless loop of receiving a "Verify your email address" email, which I do, and then back to the setup process when I actually try to login.
I'm stuck and can't access VM's online chat for help because I can't login to my account!
