virgin media help for vulnerable customers

this morning i have tried 31 times to actually get through to a UK call centre on 6 of those calls [india] knew nothing at all about registering as vulnerable

i kept explaining to the call center worker i need customer servises because i need now to register as Vunerable customer as i receive basic pension and pension credit plus PIP as i am disabled

But to no avail they knew nothing bout such a  thing and kept offering me packages

and each time i told them i dont want to look at packages i want to register vunerable

Sorry but im at my wits end now 31 calls in the last hour and im still in the same place i was 45 mins ago  NOWHERE

Hope some one can help get me through to UK coustomer servis

    This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

        2 hours waiting on live chat

        ended up calling india again this time stuck it out

        contract i had till march 2024 for £83 pm would have still been subject to price hike to £98 pm

        so i got a new contract for 6 months with noprice hike as from 1st may ill pay £90 then re negociate in september 23 for another deal
