virgin media help for vulnerable customers
this morning i have tried 31 times to actually get through to a UK call centre on 6 of those calls [india] knew nothing at all about registering as vulnerable
i kept explaining to the call center worker i need customer servises because i need now to register as Vunerable customer as i receive basic pension and pension credit plus PIP as i am disabled
But to no avail they knew nothing bout such a thing and kept offering me packages
and each time i told them i dont want to look at packages i want to register vunerable
Sorry but im at my wits end now 31 calls in the last hour and im still in the same place i was 45 mins ago NOWHERE
Hope some one can help get me through to UK coustomer servis
