Virgin media and Disney +

Again I seem to be one of the many who have requested an activation link to turn on Disney+ and pay through virgin and yet I'm still waiting after not receiving anything . Why is working with virgin media so difficult and time consuming to get anything done simple doesn't exist for Virgin Media !!!! Frustrated and disappointed !!!!!!!
