Virgin media address lookup not upto date

Hi there! I'm having the same issue—my address isn't showing up, even though all my neighbours' addresses are visible. I've been trying to switch to VM for the past 5 years, but every time I try, my request gets rejected because my address can't be found.

My house is a new build, but it's been here for 5 years now, and it still hasn't been added to the VM portal. I'd really appreciate any help in getting this sorted!

    Sorry to hear that your address doesn't appear to be recognised as being serviceable.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me, and I'll see if we can obtain a spotter to be sent to your property to see if we can make this happen.
