Virgin keeps billing me though I have done OTS to Sky.

I did an OTS to sky in February and Sky has confirmed the switch and I have been using sky since 19th February, but virgin still keeps sending me bills. I thought with OTS everything would be in place without me having to do anything as per Virgin. I even got the previous bill with a much higher amount. I hope someone in Virgin can help in closing my Virgin account as I have moved to Sky already. This is the problem with Virgin, nothing is ever straight forward with them. Hope, someone can help. Thanks
