Virgin keeps adding stuff on to my bill.

I've had this issue twice now, Virgin put homeworks on my account so I went through the complaints department and they assured me my bill will go back to normal (£31.16) which it did for about 3 days.

The second time is recent and now Virgin Media has added £9.99 add on (doesn't say what for) and also £14.99 for that stupid homeworks they keep putting on my account once again. I've been on the phone and the lady assured me it would be removed after trying to come up with all sorts of excuses about it. (It is still yet to be removed) I NEVER once asked for this at all, my bill should have remained at £31.16. Customer Service is absolutely shocking and rude and adding to my bill without my prior knowledge is going against the contractual agreement, especially if its something i haven't asked for and asked to remove from the bill. I am under contract to pay £31.16 per month and Virgin Media is under contract to supply me with the broadband I HAVE ASKED FOR. Not adding to it, this is beyond a joke and I've noticed a lot of other people with this similar problem. I will be leaving Virgin media when my contract ends next year but in the meantime I want my bill as normal.
