Virgin have re instated my account instead of deactivating it
I cancelled my Virgin broadband, TV & phone 30 days ago. I was notified the account would be deactivated on 21.6.24 instead Virgin have reinstated all my services and have set up a whopping bill of over £80 due next month when I should be receiving a credit. I’m hoping a forum moderator will pick this up and sort for me as phoning is a complete waste of time, I’m in possession of about 4 emails and 3 updated accounts all differing and none correct. I am now with SKY, please help,
