Virgin Error, cant get through to any advisor on the phone
So I currently have been cut off my broadband, no wifi no nothing and I am being told I have an outstanding bill. Two days before this I spoke to an advisor and they personally apologised as it was an error on their side. Now today I have been cut off everything and been told my bill is still outstanding by the automated customer service call. I am really frustrated as ive spent 2 hours trying to get through to an agent about this as its an error on their side.
What can I do?
