I just successfully logged in on my chromeback. It's obviously a problem with my phone.
I've tried multiple times today and after i verify my email, alwsys returns me to google homepage. I'm using the virgin tv go app. I'm using only one device at the moment which is my mobile.
Thank you for letting us know. Are you able to try this verification on a desktop device or a laptop and let us knwo if this issue is replicated? This may help us to better understand what is going on 😊
My wife has tv go on her phone. I got her to sign out, reluctantly might i add incase she couldn't get back in. Said passkey wasn't verified, use another method. I used email, got email and logged her back in no problem after verification. With me, as i said, instead of logging me in, goes to google homepage. We both have a samsung a35.
High Graham_A. I'm also having the same problem. I sign in using my email. I don't have the option select security settings >passkeys. I don't have the option of a blue button, add passkey. When i receive the email, says email verified, leave page and it goes to google home page.
crusha​ Sign in using one of the other methods listed under try another way.
Once you are logged into the Virgin Media App
Click on the Settings cog to get to Manage Settings.
Click on Broadband > Manage Virgin Media settings
> Identity & Security settings > enter your VMO2 ID for the account concerned
> Select Security settings > Passkeys
> Click on the blue button Add Passkey and follow the process through.
