I had phoned requiring VAT receipts for my previous 4 bills and all future ones.
I was told they'd be sent expedited via post. As of writing this, it's been exactly a week since the initial phone conversation.
Would it be possible to have an update as to when they should arrive? I was also wondering why they can't be sent via email?

Hi Philip,
It would be easier and cheaper if they were sent by email however it isn't an automated process since it's a residential account and not a business account so the VAT receipts are prepared manually, and it generally takes around 2 weeks for them to be sent out and received.
Going forward they will always be sent out by post and this will be around 10 days to 2 weeks after your normal bill is produced.

After nothing arriving in the post for 3 weeks, I gave them another call. Was told to expect them in about a week.
After 4 weeks of waiting for all prior and all future VAT receipts to be delivered, one solitary receipt issued on the first of September finally arrived.
Do you know how long previous VAT receipts take to be sent out? I assumed that they would be issued together. I'd appreciate an update if that's possible here.
